In 2013 the online project ManoDaktaras.lt has been created by the young team, which successfully completed “StartupHighway” acceleration program and attached attention of investors. This startup paricipated in Startup Lithuania Roadshow 2013 as well. This summer, the project got investment to its venture capital from foundation Practica Capital.

Thanks to the investments as the company has successfully developed an online registration for private doctors for ManoDaktaras.lt platform and started offering it to doctors, clinics and customers.

The very important step of this startup – is the popular Lithuanian health web-site Sveikas.lt acquisition. “Mano daktaras” Ltd and “Alio” Ltd deal has been called as a very important improvement by director Robertas Sadovskis.

“We are more than assured that this is the right step and move. Sveikas.lt makes a significant contribution to the development of ManoDaktaras.lt, creating a value for both sides: for patients and medical institutions,” – says the head of the company R. Sadovskis.

ManoDaktaras.lt director reveals that currently there are a number of both web-sites that are being done and integrated, which will allow visitors to read and get information about health and health problems, and there is only one click to find the right private medical practice and to register online.

“Sveikas.lt has been running for 12 years and has attracted 450,000 visitors and even more each month. This demonstrates the great opportunities in the future and that is the reason we are planning additional investments in the development of the web-site” – says R. Sadovskis.

Within the transaction between “Mano daktaras” Ltd and “Alio” Ltd, “Mano Daktaras” Ltd had taken over not only Sveikas.lt as in like a website, but also the management itself.

ManoDaktaras.lt is the first Lithuanian web-based registration within the private doctor platform.
