Masterclasses powered by international online money transfer startup TransferGo and startup accelerator Startup.lt is a brand new part of LOGIN Startup Fair 2015. The main purpose of Masterclasses is to improve competences of startup professionals by educating and growing talents in Lithuania.

Business development process is different in Startups compared with traditional business. Lithuanian Startups scaling to foreign markets increasingly face the shortage of professionals specialized in specific areas. For those reasons, TransferGo and Startup.lt contribute towards the education of startup ecosystem. Together they made sure that Masterclasses in the LOGIN Startup Fair were led by the most experienced professionals in their field. You can find descriptions of coaches here.

12 workshops will take place in two halls dedicated to Masterclasses (Startup.lt Hall and TransferGo Hall). Pre-selected audience of startup professionals will work in groups of 25 participants. Masterclasses will cover different fields of Startup journey starting from Product Development and Sales, Data Analysis or Talent Acquisition and ending with Expansion and Export Strategies.  

Everyone is welcome to take part in Masterclasses. Target audience is startup professionals, IT developers, UI/UX designers and business developers.
