Practica Venture Capital fund managed by Practica Capital received Competition Council clearance to acquire shares in Televizijos ir Ryšio Sistemos („TVC“). According to previously signed investment agreement the fund will invest EUR 1 800 000 (6 215 040 LTL) by acquiring newly issued shares and becoming a minority shareholder of the company. The attracted funds will be used to finance TVC’s expansion in export markets.

An application to the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania was submitted by Practica Capital in March 2014. The Competition Council’s authorization allows closing of the investment transaction.
