As promised, more exciting news from Hacker Games are coming. VGTU LinkMenų fabrikas creativity&innovation centre and Deeper, the makers of an award-winning smart fishfinder, are joining Hacker Games: Vilnius with their mentors, experience and prizes.

VGTU LinkMenų fabrikas and Deeper will bring a dozen of mentors to Hacker Games, mainly from the fields of hardware, business development and design. Also, VGTU LinkMenų fabrikas will sponsor the Hardware Track with 3-month long membership at its premises as a prize for the winning team, while Deeper has set a special award for the Best Engineer in the Hardware Track with its Deeper Pro+ smart sonar as a prize.

Hacker Games: Vilnius will take place on 25-27 of November at Vilnius Tech Park. Three separate tracks will be set for software, game and hardware developers. Also, a pre-event will be held one week before Hacker Games to help participants to polish both their business ideas and their pitching skills. Registered users will be informed about date and venue of this initiative by email.

As always, Hacker Games is free to attend, food, snacks, drinks and souvenirs will be provided for participants. Don’t forget to bring your laptop and, obviously, to register!

Idea pitching session will be held Friday afternoon, then the teams will form and the hacking will begin. Finals will take place Sunday afternoon. This time, only working prototypes will be eligible for prizes and awards – see our Rules and FAQ for more details.
