According to Forbes, from a major tech investor’s perspective, all eyes remain fixed on London and Berlin, but away from these high profile startup hubs, Europe is nurturing some less well known but fertile innovation hotspots for trailblazing entrepreneurs.

Alison Coleman announced five of these places and Lithuania is on the list along with Netherlands (Eindhoven), Portugal (Lisbon), Hungary (Budapest) and Estonia (Tallinn).
