We invite you to take part in an event organized by the Innovation Agency Lithuania in cooperation with the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation – a tasting of innovative food. ️✨

Immerse yourself in the world of future flavors! You will taste dishes made from next-generation alternative protein products developed by Lithuanian startups and sustainable food created by recycling industrial food waste into new and healthy products using an advanced mushroom fermentation method. ♻️

The event will also feature a panel discussion where innovative food creators – Tomas from Biohifas and Monika from BrewBites – will talk about the characteristics of future products, chef Edvinas will present how the recipes were born, and Aušrinė Armonaitė, Minister of the Economy and Innovation, will reveal why we need to increase our focus on innovative food. ️‍

The innovative food tasting is part of Startup Fair, the largest startup event in Lithuania.
