Kotryna, the co-founder and CEO, has nine years of experience in the marketing field and five years of experience in sales and startup mentoring. She also serves as the Chairman of the Lithuanian Sales Association. David, the Co-founder and CTO, brings a decade of experience in the tech world, is the Chairman of the AI Association of Lithuania, and has spent five years building large language models (LLMs). Their combined expertise in marketing, sales, and technology forms the backbone of AQ22.

The Plug and Play GOAL (Global Overseas Acceleration & Learning) Program is a 6-week immersion experience into the Silicon Valley ecosystem, designed to enable early-stage tech startups to pursue business development, fundraising, and other strategic opportunities.
