Their combined expertise in marketing, sales, and technology forms the backbone of AQ22.

The Decision to Join the Accelerator

When asked what inspired their decision to join the Startup Lithuania Accelerator Program, Kotryna highlighted the opportunity to receive guidance from international mentors, particularly those from Silicon Valley. “The chance to learn from some of the best minds in the industry and gain insights into the US market was too good to pass up,” she said.

Growth and Development Through the Program

The Startup Lithuania Accelerator has played a crucial role in AQ22’s development. The program’s mentors have provided invaluable insights into local practices, fundraising opportunities, and the essentials of expanding a business. Kotryna explains, “The mentorship has been pivotal in understanding our market fit and finding the right direction. We’ve built strong bonds with other startups and industry professionals, significantly accelerating our growth process.”

Beneficial Resources and Support

The accelerator’s support has been multifaceted. Mentors, corporate introductions to potential partners, and local Plug and Play managers have all been instrumental. “These resources have been incredibly beneficial, offering us the guidance and connections needed to thrive,” Kotryna noted.

Surpassing Expectations

The program has exceeded AQ22’s expectations, especially regarding Plug and Play’s extensive network. “We anticipated some connections with their partners, but the reality was far greater. The warm introductions we received were beyond our expectations,” Kotryna shared. Furthermore, these connections enabled AQ22 to secure several pilot projects with international financial institutions, significantly advancing their business objectives.

Long-Term Benefits and Future Engagement

Looking ahead, AQ22 foresees continued engagement with the program as a vital component of its long-term success. “Sustained access to valuable resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities will foster our innovation and growth.
