CyberUP Accelerator: Are you eager to launch a startup or take your existing cybersecurity venture to the next level?

The CyberUP Accelerator is a three-month program designed to help cybersecurity startups acquire business development skills and integrate into the startup ecosystem. Throughout the program, startups will refine their ideas in group sessions, consult with market leaders from various fields, have personal mentors, and network with investors, business angels, and cybersecurity experts.

The program lasts for 12 weeks, with each week dedicated to different topic:
- Problem Identification
- Solution and Value Proposition
- Team
- Business Model and Finances
- Market, Competitors, and Customers
- Competitor Analysis and Competitive Strategy
- Startup Growth Engines and Metrics
- MVP and Product-Market-Fit
- Go-to-Market strategy and plan
- Positioning, Branding, and Social Media Communication
- Understanding Investors, Funding sources
- Pitching to Investors
+ Cybersecurity experts and partners will conduct additional lectures on the most relevant topics for startups.
Program Structure
Group sessions will be held remotely on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 PM, and occasionally on Thursdays, lasting 2-3 hours each. There will be 3-4 in-person meetings during the program (introductory meeting, pitches, and final event).
Individual consultations are planed individually by the lecturer and startup.
The program will be held in English/Lithuanian, depending on accepted teams.
Who Can Apply?
- All cybersecurity startups — very small or small enterprises with high innovation and business growth potential, operating for no more than five years, registered in European Union countries, and developing or planning to develop cybersecurity innovations.
- Startup teams without legal entity (If the team is seected to participate, it is mandatory to establish a legal entity until the beginning of the program)
How mutch does it cost?
The program is funded by the European Union’s Digital Europe program and by the general financing funds of the Republic of Lithuania. Companies will sign a De Minimis aid agreement.
How to Apply?
Startups will be selected based on team capabilities to develop a cybersecurity startup, potential of the idea, and motivation. Registration is open until August 18th. Apply for the CyberUP Accelerator.
Selected teams will be invited for a motivational interview. Successful applicants will be notified individually.
The program is implemented by the National Cybersecurity Center in collaboration with Innovation Agency Lithuania.
