Account Executive (Remote)
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
– lead the entire outbound sales process from discovery to contract
– analyse market trends and select target markets/target companies 🌱
– proactively approach representatives of target companies
– conduct online product demos, lead negotiations & close up deals with potential clients 🤝
– work to find the right solution for each client using a dialogue-based approach
– based on objective feedback overview help Mindletic drive the further growth and product strategy 📈
– provide input and improve our growth strategies together with the team
– opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we’re growing as a team 🏋🏻♀️
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– interest and care for emotional health
– at least 2 years of operational B2B sales experience
– ‘yes’ attitude towards unknown and new challenges
– ownership mentality 💪
– excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English
– previous experience in a similar position
