To boost up the startup ecosystem, Startup Lithuania, Vienaragiai LT and Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association introduce high-quality model legal documents for startups. These documents are made freely available for the startup ecosystem to help the Lithuanian startup community grow, speed up the formation processes, and provide the necessary guidance in the early stage of the startup’s life.

Please note:

The companies/founders should negotiate the terms of the documents based on the start-ups’ specific needs and should tailor the relevant documents to meet the particular legal and commercial requirements of the contemplated transaction. Please also be aware that additional legal documents may be required for the contemplated transaction. The documents have been prepared in accordance with the Lithuanian legislation in force on 1 November 2021.

The model documents have been prepared by Lithuanian law firms Ellex Valiunas, Cobalt, Sorainen, TGS Baltic, TRINITI JUREX, Motieka & Audzevičius, NOOR, ECOVIS ProventusLaw and Glimstedt.
